Human Rights Policy Statement

At Yacenter Electric Co., Ltd., we uphold the principles of business integrity and corporate social responsibility.
We are committed to respecting and protecting the fundamental human rights of all employees, interns, contract workers, outsourced personnel, and supply chain partners.
We base our policies on the following international human rights frameworks:

Prohibition of Child Labor and Forced Labor
We strictly prohibit child labor and any form of forced or coercive labor, including withholding identity documents, debt bondage, or restricting personal freedom. -
Gender Equality and Anti-Discrimination
We are committed to providing a diverse, inclusive, and discrimination-free workplace. Any unfair treatment based on gender, age, race, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics is strictly prohibited. -
Privacy and Data Protection
We protect personal data in accordance with the law. Unauthorized collection, use, or disclosure of employee or partner information is strictly prohibited. -
Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
We respect employees’ rights to organize unions and participate in collective bargaining, without interference or retaliation. -
Reasonable Working Hours and Fair Compensation
We ensure working hours, rest, and pay fully comply with local labor laws. Compensation is paid transparently, on time, and not less than legal standards. -
Safe and Healthy Workplace
We provide a safe and hygienic working environment through risk assessments, safety training, and emergency measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.
Whistleblower and Protection Mechanism
We provide a grievance and investigation process to report issues such as sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any human rights or ethical violations.
Complaints can be submitted anonymously or with names. All reports will be kept confidential. We prohibit retaliation and commit to responding within 30 working days.

Responsibility of Suppliers and Partners
All suppliers, subcontractors, and outsourcing partners are expected to comply with this Human Rights Policy and sign the “Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Commitment Letter.”
Yacenter Electric Co., Ltd. reserves the right to terminate cooperation with partners who violate human rights principles.
